Nada Z. Hassan is an accomplished ceramic artist known for her mastery of both wheel throwing and hand building techniques. With a unique approach, she skillfully melds these methods to delve into the therapeutic dimensions of art and self-expression. Drawing inspiration from the duality of her background – with a formal ceramics education in the American University of Sharjah in 2012 and subsequent decade pursuing an alternative career path – Nada's creations embody a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation. Her pieces often feature intricate textures and fluid forms that pay homage to her skilled craftsmanship, while also embracing the imperfections that make each creation truly unique.

Nada's art is a reflection of her personal journey, as well as a conduit for others to explore their own emotions and experiences. Her ceramics serve as vessels not just for tangible objects, but also for intangible stories, memories, and sentiments. Through her work, Nada aims to evoke a sense of introspection and connection, inviting viewers to engage with the pieces on a deeply visceral level.

In 2022, Nada took a pivotal step, leaving behind her role in art direction to fully immerse herself in the world of pottery. This courageous move marked the inception of a new chapter in her creative evolution. Today, her pieces continue to speak volumes, narrating tales of resilience, transformation, and the enduring power of artistic expression.
